Everything happens very quickly as well. “After I submitted my request, an expert visits us to assess the vehicle before it is put on sale,” Eric says. “We receive an offer within a few days and, if we accept it, we receive the money within two days. After a few more days, the vehicle is taken away.”
04. No sale, no fee
If a buyer’s offer doesn’t meet their expectations, Eric can always contact his account manager at ADESA and ask to make an immediate purchase offer with a fixed price. “We pay zero management fees, even if we decide to remove the vehicle from sale. A very professional approach! To make a successful sale, both parties must be satisfied, and that’s exactly the case with ADESA.”
At Klinkenberg, they wouldn’t change for anything in the world: “The hassle of selling is a thing of the past.
